Quantum wells and dots structures
The optical and electronic properties of quantum wells or dots systems depend on parameters such as chemical composition, morphology, and chemical environment. In order to engineer these properties, for example high optical efficiency, comprehensive nano-chemical information about the dots and their surroundings is required.
