Dr Sergio Lozano-Perez and Karen Kruska from the Nanoanalysis Group of the Department of Materials have an intense collaboration with the FIM Group around stress corrosion cracking in steels.

Dr Nicole Grobert explores with the FIM Group the potential of carbon nanotubes analysis in atom probe tomography.

External

Samantha Bennett, under the supervision of Professor Colin Humphreys CBE FRFng, from the Cambridge Centre for GaN collaborates with the FIM Group around the analysis of InGaN quantum wells structures.

Prof. Fernando Audebert and Dr Marina Galano work with the FIM Group to analyse bulk metallic glasses.

The FIM Group has also several non-academic or industrial partners, including Rolls Royce, National Nuclear Laboratories, the UK Ministry of Defence and Cameca.
